  • Our supplier is the Chinese construction material importer in Brooklyn. Our material price is much lower than the retail store.

Starland Union designed the Lease Option Project for international student. We make our students clients live on rent-free, provide returns as living expenses and long term cash flow, and sell the house to make profit as their first bucket of gold at graduation. Win at the starting line.
