Lease Option

Starland Union designed the Lease Option Project for international student. We make our students clients live on rent-free, provide returns as living expenses and long term cash flow, and sell the house to make profit as their first bucket of gold at graduation. Win at the starting line.
Investors enter the project to expand or add value to the property to obtain a higher return when the student sells the property. Investor's returns come from the rent and the selling off profit
